Confirmed Service Customer
I went in for a "check engine light," two recalls, tire monitoring system and a low tire. The advisor did not pay much attention to what I said and was already adding an oil change and tire rotation to which I asked if they were needed and he said no, but I thought you were here for that as well. The advisor called me after a day or so and said that the vehicle needed some sensors and it would be about $1,200 and if I agree with the estimate. I did, but not much explanation was given. The check engine light came back on after a day or so and the vehicle is still not ready nor do I know if what I paid already was the actual problem or if I have to pay more now. Not what I expected from your dealership.

My husband and I went in to Thorson to test drive a GMC Acadia. We had initially been planning to purchase on a later date, as I had been considering this car in black, which was not in stock at this location. However, when we got the quote for the red model, it was a done deal. Razi was wonderful from start to finish; personable, light hearted, and patient with all our questions (we had a lot of questions). Purchasing a car has a reputation - long hours, haggling, high stress. I experienced none of that at Thorson. They made it easy! This is our second GMC purchase at this location, and we will certainly come back when it's time to replace my husband's car.

Even though I had an appointment, I waited for over 2 hours to go to the finance department. Even after I had been there for over an hour, other customers were able to get in and out faster. Then I got a notice from my credit union on Thursday that the check that the dealership sent for the pay off of my trade was short of the amount agreed on. I had to pay the difference to clear the trade.

Would have appreciated a walk through of my vehicle, taught how to use everything. Then later I discover there is no owner manuel so now i'm trying to figure things on YouTube. The salesperson I was suppose to meet was not there as promised, so T. Gutierrez assisted me. No issues with Thomas, he was personable. I purchased my last truck in 2018 in Riverside and it was a much better experience.

After waiting more than 8 months, I received a letter from GM that the replacement parts for the airbag on my 2017 Buick Enclave were available at the Dealership. I took the car in, but the parts had not arrived. Randy Bruno in service understood my frustration, and did everything possible to follow up, make sure the parts were shipped from the East Coast, called me when they arrived, and rescheduled the repair.
