After waiting more than 8 months, I received a letter from GM that the replacement parts for the airbag on my 2017 Buick Enclave were available at the Dealership. I took the car in, but the parts had not arrived. Randy Bruno in service understood my frustration, and did everything possible to follow up, make sure the parts were shipped from the East Coast, called me when they arrived, and rescheduled the repair.
