Confirmed Service Customer
I went in for a "check engine light," two recalls, tire monitoring system and a low tire. The advisor did not pay much attention to what I said and was already adding an oil change and tire rotation to which I asked if they were needed and he said no, but I thought you were here for that as well. The advisor called me after a day or so and said that the vehicle needed some sensors and it would be about $1,200 and if I agree with the estimate. I did, but not much explanation was given. The check engine light came back on after a day or so and the vehicle is still not ready nor do I know if what I paid already was the actual problem or if I have to pay more now. Not what I expected from your dealership.
