Confirmed Sales Customer
Even though I had an appointment, I waited for over 2 hours to go to the finance department. Even after I had been there for over an hour, other customers were able to get in and out faster. Then I got a notice from my credit union on Thursday that the check that the dealership sent for the pay off of my trade was short of the amount agreed on. I had to pay the difference to clear the trade.
