Confirmed Sales Customer
The salesperson Joseph Barcena was great he deserves 5 stars. On the other hand, the sales manager Ron Samanski made things difficult for me and was not willing to help forward paperwork to my bank to finalize the purchase which was already approved plus he was being handed a $10,000 check. Dealing with him made the experience stressful to the point almost reconsidering. His CSR skills are very poor and need to seriously be addressed. I was really disappointed how I was treated as a customer by this manager.

The cost of my service was higher than quoted. In the past tire rotations were not charged as the brakes were checked. This time I was charged $58.50. Going to start taking my vehicle to my local mechanic. The dealership charges too much.

Appointment at 7:30 am. 2 cars in front of me. Did not know 2nd lane to be used randomly vs directed to move there, so I became the 4th vehicle( suburban behind me went in 1st). 2500hd oil change and tire rotation. Heard suburban in front of me just an oil change and no rotation. His vehicle ready faster hen mine. While being served advisor started talking to a fleet customer, while it was "my time" no "excuse me or I'm sorry." Waited for 2 hours for this services (no other recommendations), I saw my estimate that it stated 10:43 am promised it would be ready. I had to walk to service advisor to ask how much, when to my surprise he said "I think it is ready, I just have to finish the paperwork, about 5 more minutes". What would have happened if I did not ask, because as soon as I asked he started talking to another customer. What took 5 more minutes, felt like a lifetime, especially after the cashier called the advisor to "save." I give the cashier (lady sitting closer to window 5 stars, knew what she was doing, got me out as fast as possible).

Your service at your dealership was sloppy I went to get a oil change and the company did not even wash my car. I paid $109 for a car oil change and y'all couldn't even wash my car are y'all running low on water or y'all just want to continue to do sloppy service if I'd have known as I'd about the car in a different place

Vince is always super helpful. This was a second trip for the lane sensing. The last time I brought it in the car was making me swerve as it thought I was leaving the lane. This time it isn't keeping me in the lane. Service guy could find nothing wrong and gave me a pamphlet to read about the system. This is my second GMC with this system and I never had a problem with the other one.
