Knowledgeable and friendly sales staff answered all our questions about the vehicle.Very clean showroom. Sales person Aga was very polite. friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle i was interested in. There were several other dealerships i was looking at but Aga was more helpful and patient with me than other dealerships..that was the main reason i went there. and this one was 2 hrs away from my home …would definitely be a returning customer if i need another GMC.

A terrible experience, feeling deceived. My car went to service due to noise issues inside the car. After I delivered the car to the service, the service manager told me that my car was within warranty coverage. I just need to drop it off and wait for the phone to notify me that my car is ready before I can come and pick it up. When I picked up the car today, the problem with the car was still unresolved. I requested to have the car repaired again, and she told me that this issue will need to be checked for about two more days, and that my warranty needs to be checked. If there is no warranty, there will be a fee. I asked her to check my warranty immediately, but she said she couldn't check it and that the car must be repaired before it can be checked. In the end, I decided to take my car with me. Suddenly, she firmly told me that the first repair needed to be paid, and my warranty didn't work. In the end, I paid and took the car that wasn't repaired.

Randy was super cool. He answered all my questions in detail and treated me with respect. He made sure I knew what to expect in regards with time duration of service and problems with the vehicle. He did not over promise (which is a good thing) but was not pesimistic either (also a good thing). He made me feel my opinion was valueable. He was an asset to GMC. Oops, I wish the service dept were also open on Saturdays when lots of customers are actually free to drive in for service.
