A terrible experience, feeling deceived. My car went to service due to noise issues inside the car. After I delivered the car to the service, the service manager told me that my car was within warranty coverage. I just need to drop it off and wait for the phone to notify me that my car is ready before I can come and pick it up. When I picked up the car today, the problem with the car was still unresolved. I requested to have the car repaired again, and she told me that this issue will need to be checked for about two more days, and that my warranty needs to be checked. If there is no warranty, there will be a fee. I asked her to check my warranty immediately, but she said she couldn't check it and that the car must be repaired before it can be checked. In the end, I decided to take my car with me. Suddenly, she firmly told me that the first repair needed to be paid, and my warranty didn't work. In the end, I paid and took the car that wasn't repaired.
