Was disappointed that I have to make appointment for oil change and when I got the the service area had to standing looking around for a to figure out what to do then advisor tell me that oil change will take 1hour 1/2 because like I see other cars are in front of me sonó mention her that my appointment was at the time that was there and should be respected that otherwise why I taking the time to set up appointments if people just show up and got service, also from the time estimate that I been told it took and extra 1/2 hour so in total for a simple oil change I had to wait 2 hours which it’s ridiculous

I was lied to and told that I had to return my loaner vehicle because the parts ordered for my repair were not put on the truck and then was told that due to a storm the truck was not going to arrive. I had to leave work early to return the loaner vehicle that was promised to another customer. I arrived to return the vehicle when service was closing so I doubt that the person waiting for the loaner I was using received the car that evening. The lie was revealed when I called the following day, the day my parts were supposed to arrive, I was told they were there. When I called to express my findings I was told that I was not informed correctly but that they wanted to accommodate me and would drive a loaner all the way to my job in White Plains for my inconvenience. I lost 3 hours of pay and had to cancel 2 patients to have this loaner back to the dealership by closing.

I needed a new battery for my 2020 Buick. Ingersol/GM had a sale on batteries on their website. Customer service helped me determine which battery was right for my car and it was in stock. As part of the purchase was installation and customer service checked with service when it could be done. Service said immediately and I pulled my car into the bay at 1:53 pm. I headed to the waiting room but returned to the service bay at 3:45 pm after not hearing anything. Service said the work was done and paperwork just arrived. Changing a battery should not take 2 hours when you are told in could be taken in immediately. I could have swapped it out in minutes in my driveway and would have if I had know how challenged Ingersol was. I will not recommend Ingersol for purchasing batteries

The Service Advisor was very helpful and processed the paper work quickly. The service took exactly as much time as stated by the advisor. The waiting room was comfortable and the free Wifi allowed me to remain connected to work.

I am pleased with the expertise of the technician and service manager. I would give 5 stars if it weren't for what I suspect and Larry, the service manager, agrees of a bad (failed) part for the 3rd time. I have spent hundreds of dollars on this same issue twice plus spent money on a software update that did not fix the problem as the problem reappeared for a third time and now Ingersoll is asking for another $1100 for parts and labor. How about a better quality part from a different vendor and a longer warranty Very frustrated, 4 wheel drive vehicles are meant to be used as such when needed. I don't abuse my truck yet when using 4WD high to plow my own driveway it gets stuck in 4WD and won't shift out of it. I would appreciate a candid conversation with someone who cares to address a loyal customers concerns Thank you Steve at 203-947-5957
