Everything was performed fine. A little long for an old change, it took 1 hour and thirty five minutes. They need to shorten that time. Other than that everyone was really friendly.

But she from the first opportunity i had to attend me i prefer to make my inwuiries to what corresponde to the manténganse of my car with her. Elando was excellent, loved that he walked me through the new tech of the machine that inspects your vehicle and should me the portal to view from! What a great tool. He was also very communicative via text which worked extremely well for me.

Ultimately, my experience was fine. Yet I did notice the Vehicle Repair display in the waiting room was suggesting that I replace three tires. Then when I checked-out, I was told I had just under 8 mm and was fine. This was confusing. My daughter was told that her 2017 Tahoe needed new brake pads and rotors at just over 22,000 miles. This was surprising. I had trouble believing it. So, there is apparently some 'wiggle room' in your diagnoses which confuse customers and may lead some to suspect possible foul play. This problem needs attention, correction, and clarification.
