Bringing your car in for Service? Here’s what you need to know…
When arriving at our facility, please drive in through the large Service Doors located at the far left side of the building. As you approach the doors, they will open automatically allowing you to drive inside. For minor or routine service and maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, tire repairs and check ups, please use the door on the left labeled "Express Service.” For all other repairs, please enter through the door on the right.
As the doors open, pull in slowly and park your vehicle inside. A valet will approach you to collect your mileage and inquire as to what services you are visiting us for. You will be given a key tag to bring to one of our Service Consultants who will help you get checked in quickly for your service and gather any additional information about your vehicle concerns. At that time, if you have not already indicated your preference, you may be asked whether you are waiting for your vehicle here in our facility or if you will be coming back at a later time to pick up your vehicle.
You are welcome to use our free local shuttle service or you can wait in our guest waiting lounge where we have complimentary coffee, bottled water, television, WiFi and charging ports for your electronic devices. In some instances, a pre-arranged loaner vehicle may be available for warranty services or other services when reserved in advance. (Please note at this time our loaner fleet is in high demand and we are doing our best to accommodate as many guest requests as possible.)
A mask is required to enter our facility and must be worn at all times unless otherwise noted in following CDC and State protocols. Please follow social distance guidelines and if you are unable to wear a mask, please wait outside of the building or make other arrangements for service at this time.
