Service center tried to sell me a tire that was still under warranty. The problem exsisted since I purchased the vehicle. After they made good on the tire I sent 2 emails to ask whom paid for the tire. I received no response

Brought my 2022 colorado in for a tailgate realignment. A piece broke causing it to shift. Service members were excellent, but I really didn't appreciate the long mark put into the clear coat on the tailgate itself. Service manager said that can be buffed out when I bring it back, but people should be more careful, I shouldn't have to worry about the paint when I bring it in.
