I waited for weeks to have an appointment to be able to wait for my car to be repaired then they still have me wait for 3 hours 2 simple fixes. Also was never contacted that my car parts were in so if I never followed up I probably will still be waiting mind you I had been waiting already for more than 3 weeks for spark plugs to come in and was never contacted when they did come in. Was also told my car needed a bunch of general maintenance that it never needed because you guys already had did those for me a few months before. So if I didn’t know any better on what you guys have done to my car I would’ve been sold thousands of dollars of maintenance that had been done already by you guys. I feel there’s no sincere care for the customer the they just always trying to sell you stuff. They do not research what your car actually needs and what is due. It’s ridiculous and criminal. These are just a few complaints. It’s starting to remind me of my issues with Hyundai when I owned a Hyundai not looking to own a Chevrolet ever again just so I don’t deal with the maintenance part of it

It took about 1 hour and 40 minutes before I got my car back after the LOF and tire rotation. Also, I was never given any update on the completion of the work.
