Confirmed Service Customer
I was lied to and told that I had to return my loaner vehicle because the parts ordered for my repair were not put on the truck and then was told that due to a storm the truck was not going to arrive. I had to leave work early to return the loaner vehicle that was promised to another customer. I arrived to return the vehicle when service was closing so I doubt that the person waiting for the loaner I was using received the car that evening. The lie was revealed when I called the following day, the day my parts were supposed to arrive, I was told they were there. When I called to express my findings I was told that I was not informed correctly but that they wanted to accommodate me and would drive a loaner all the way to my job in White Plains for my inconvenience. I lost 3 hours of pay and had to cancel 2 patients to have this loaner back to the dealership by closing.
