I needed a new battery for my 2020 Buick. Ingersol/GM had a sale on batteries on their website. Customer service helped me determine which battery was right for my car and it was in stock. As part of the purchase was installation and customer service checked with service when it could be done. Service said immediately and I pulled my car into the bay at 1:53 pm. I headed to the waiting room but returned to the service bay at 3:45 pm after not hearing anything. Service said the work was done and paperwork just arrived. Changing a battery should not take 2 hours when you are told in could be taken in immediately. I could have swapped it out in minutes in my driveway and would have if I had know how challenged Ingersol was. I will not recommend Ingersol for purchasing batteries
