Confirmed Service Customer
All was good. One thing, though - the center display on the Volt used to show the power usage above the MPH and such as I was driving - that is no longer showing on the display. Is there a way to fix that?

I purchased a GMC Sierra with 10,000 miles certified vehicle noticed when the vehicle is brought home all four tires were dry rot contacted. The dealer dealer refused to pay for all four that I had to pay half of the cost which I agreed they put the tires on when I got home. I noticed all four rims were damage from the tires being taken off and installed Contacted the dealer told me they take care of the rims, but I still had to pay for the $500. I shouldn’t have to pay for the tires because it was a certified vehicle and I took the truck before I brought it into a DOT station in Bristol Connecticut and they said that was tires should not be on the road. They are Hazzard , so I dropped the vehicle off at the Watertown division my vehicle was tied up for eight days rims were repaired and I was required to pay the $500 for the tires. I feel as though I was treated poorly and I need to be compensated for my $500 and compensated for dealership lying about, damaging my rims and not telling me, my phone number 860-805-6258. After my oil change at some point I get problem with oil pump which was caused by some mistake by technician since then my truck is burning or loosing oil and get same problem with loosing power engine light . So now I got charge labor diagnostics and still problem not solve . Why I need to pay for problem they caused at the beginning

We had an safety issue with the windshield wiper system on our 2005 Buick Lacrosse. Whatever technician worked on resolving the issue first apparently didn't complete the task correctly. Therefore, the wiper system failed again during a heavy downpour when driving on I-84. This required us to return the vehicle to your service in order to resolve the issue correctly. I contacted Brad Tobin and he had us return the vehicle which we did. The car was at your service facility for a fairly extended period until we got the okay that the job was complete. The system seems to work correctly now but we'll wait for awhile to see if the job holds. We have our fingers crossed since it was a serious safety issue for whomever drives the car. Brad Tobin was wonderful in helping us with this issue as he has in the past with other vehicle maintenance issues.

i brought the truck in for an oil change... it is a new truck... there have been some other little things going on.... i was told that has to be a different appt. they said if i left the truck they would look at it but leaving the truck was not an option for me... so not thrilled i have to go back

After buying a brand new 2024 Colorado on April first I had scheduled an appointment to get side steps put on. This was all scheduled on 4/4/2024. I arrived early for my appointment which I was told was only going to be an hour and after 2 hours of waiting I was told the part didn't fit. My service advisor never came to notify me during this entire time. I had to have my sales person Peter go check for me. I was very disappointed that my service advisor Corey never even bothered to provide an update. This cost me a total of 3 hours away from my business.
