Transmission is still bucking and slipping regardless of what your technician claims with their limited test drive. This has been an issue for years and really needs to be resolved asap.

It was OK for the most part . They failed to run through car wash, so when they said car was ready had to wait again. A very concerning issue happened in my car that; if it was not done intentionally, I'm concerned something damaging or abusive happened during service. I brought it up to Dante after car was in wash. Also. For the 2nd time picking up car from service, my mirrors were wrenched back in wrong direction. Minor scratches. This carelessness could ruin them. Not very professional. Attention to detail & being a good steward of a car intrusted to you for service is important.

Nightmare ... Standard Oil Change and Engine Mount replacement. 1. The service team told me I needed the engine mount replaced, I called at 430 to see if my car was complete and they informed me that the tech never did the service, so the car needed to stay overnight. Not sure why I found out at 430. Was someone not checking on the work during the day????? 2. Oil Change and Tire rotation, once I got the car home, I noticed they never rotated the tires. I was lucky in that I just replace one of the back tires a few months ago so it was pretty obvious. Once again I was told all work was complete is someone not checking during the day to ensure all work is completed correctly. It makes we wonder if the actually did anything and just charged me.

Service advisor kaity was great with communication and keeping me updated with my car. The report I received from service wasn’t very helpful. They listed many things they they think are wrong with the car without any details. Everything was listed as this “COULD” be the problem or this could be the problem. So it seemed like more of a guessing game. To receive an estimate for $10,000 on repairs but yet none of the repairs being certain they would fix the issue.
