Nightmare ... Standard Oil Change and Engine Mount replacement. 1. The service team told me I needed the engine mount replaced, I called at 430 to see if my car was complete and they informed me that the tech never did the service, so the car needed to stay overnight. Not sure why I found out at 430. Was someone not checking on the work during the day????? 2. Oil Change and Tire rotation, once I got the car home, I noticed they never rotated the tires. I was lucky in that I just replace one of the back tires a few months ago so it was pretty obvious. Once again I was told all work was complete is someone not checking during the day to ensure all work is completed correctly. It makes we wonder if the actually did anything and just charged me.
