I always trust they will do what is right for me. I made an appointment for a oil change, when I got there they told me I was close enough to .my 30 thousand mile updates, but did not mention the three hours it would take. I might have said I would bring the car back at another time.

I dropped my car off for an oil change, new front brakes/rotors and a part installation for the passenger's side door. Appointment was to take all day, however, I received a call around lunchtime and was able to pick my car up earlier with a ride to Ingersoll than having to deal with the evening rush hour traffic.

Everyone at Ingersoll is great. Unfortunately GM builds and sells inferior transmissions which require major work at 12,000 miles. I will not buy another one.

Transmission is still bucking and slipping regardless of what your technician claims with their limited test drive. This has been an issue for years and really needs to be resolved asap.
