Confirmed Service Customer
I just bought a certified suburban, 2022. I bought it on Thursday and took it on a trip. While on the trip, we tried to put the second row seats down. The passenger seat worked fine. The driver side would not go down. We returned home on Monday and I took the car buy the dealership. They could not make the seat work and we scheduled a service appointment on Thursday. They fixed the seat and charged around $175. I thought this would have been covered by the 12 month bumper to bumper warranty. I assume this would have been covered if the car was new. At any rate, the "bumper to bumper" warranty is misleading, not all things are covered. If this situation was determined to be normal wear and tear, I only drove the car 150 miles over the course of 4 days.

So far the service manger Charles has been really nice, but the problem still hasn't been diagnosed by the technicians. So I would say that the technicians aren't very experienced in ac/heat issues or have never had this issue before. This is hard to believe when I look up my issues online there are many people experiencing the same problem on GM vehicles.
