Tyler Sheldon responded to my Internet inquiry on the 2024 GMC Sierra 1500 that they had coming in. He answered all my questions and kept me informed about its arrival date. The day of the purchase, everything went nice and smooth. The test drive went well. After the transaction was complete, Tyler took the time to go over all the features of the truck, explaining what all the new buttons and options did. It was a very positive experience, and well worth my hour and a half drive to Griffin.

Had a 3:30 appt. Arrived on time and was taken in right away. Work was done quickly, and my car was returned to me in a very short time, washed and ready to go. I appreciate the courtesy wash, which used to be a standard, and I'm hopeful it's back to stay.

Started out early morning on a camping road trip to a radio-controlled airplane event, with a flying buddy, my 1995, 3500 loaded heavy and towing my 11,000 lb, triple axle Airstream. Blew a heater hose, limped into your dealership just before you opened. Outstanding service, punctuated by professional service writer who got me in and out in 2.5 hours. I advised him that I needed to be at my destination by a certain time, etc. I'm am old guy and felt very comfortable with your staff, several which appeared to have many years of dedicated service! I appreciate the timely manner and service. The advice for future service is also appreciated, however the cost of the oil change and tire rotation was much more than expected and replacing of the oil coolant line was unaffordable. I’m forced to choose between maintenance, food, housing, and family health.
