I was having a long standing intermittent issue with the radio on my Acadia. I was finally able to bring it in when the issue was happening (in late January 2024). As a result, a new radio was ordered. After waiting over 6 weeks I had to call to get the status and find out the radio was actually in. I was able to make an appt for the next day and the radio was replace. I was a little disappointed to find out a refurbished radio was installed, but I am hopeful the issue will not re-occur on the replacement radio.

I am never disappointed with the service at Griffin on Independence Blvd, in Monroe, NC. They are the best staff and Service Department personnel; professional, knowledgeable, cordial and always making the effort to get you back on the road in a reasonable time. The customer waiting area is comfortable and clean. Mr. Scott Jones was my Service Advisor on 3/14/23, great guy! Griffin has serviced my vehicle since 2019 and when you are satisfied, you don't go anywhere else!

Charles drop the ball on my extended warranty by never checking on it after his emails didn't go thru. So Griffin Motor Co. held my $3,430. for over of a month. The service manager got involved to contract the extended warranty insurance co. and as of yesterday I finally received my check. Thanks for your help Mr. Service manager.

After my recent service, one on my wheel center caps was missing, one of my skid plates was missing, and one of my skid plates was broken. I called the dealership twice last week, and both times they said they had to look into it, and didn’t get back to me. This is not the kind of experience that will keep me going back.

Charles was able to work me in on a 7:30 am appointment for an oil change and full service. Very professional, friendly, and efficient. He and the technicians were able to have my vehicle ready in 43 minutes. I have purchased 3 vehicles and have had them serviced over the last 21 years and it has always been a professional, fast, and efficient. Since, Richard Oskey has taken it over as manager of the service department, he has taken it to a higher level of quality and service.
