Generally, I choose Findlay over the other dealers closer to my house because of the great service. but recently it's the small things that make me question things. After, doing a full service of fluid flush on my zr2 I notice that my window is scratched. It appears that the service tech used a tool to scrap the oil sticker off the windshield. Why?? I don't know. This was unnecessary and disappointing as this sticker is easily removed without a tool. needles to say there are putty knife scratches on the windshield now. I question whether or not to take my Corvette there now or bring back my ZR2 as I don't like the idea of my car being scratched up unless I do it.

My service advisor Charlotte Wilson is the best of the best. She advised me about the diagnosis of my Chevy Trax. Which was very accurate and within an hour or so called me about the repair. Then about an hour later I received a video attachment of the technician working on my car. Great feature they adopted. They recommended some additional work my car should have of which I had done. By mid afternoon my car was done. Great dealership. Thank you, Dave.

I have no idea why no matter how early I make the appointment or arrive and no matter the service I choose I am at the Torrey Pines location for 4 hours minimum. I’m tired of this location. I will choose a different dealership for service

Went in for oil change and tire rotation and a smog test was in and out in approximately an hour and a half service rep was very courteous and knowledgeable and did a wonderful job

Eric at Service Department is so friendly and professional. He did follow up on my request and gave me the best rate on my budget. Highest customer service and communication, he went above and beyond and answered all my questions about another vehicle. I will give the business 5 star . I am using the Findlay Chevrolet since 2004 and the best customer service was the another reason that I switched from Ford to Chevrolet. They make my life easier.

I called and scheduled a 7500 mile service for my car and specified what needed to be completed per the user manual. I was told that a service advisor would call me back with details on how long the service would take as I planned on waiting for the car. Never received a call back and I called again to confirm how long the service would take and again specified what needed to be completed per the manual. I confirmed the appointment time and showed up at said date and appointment to find that they are unable to service my vehicle because it wasn't scheduled properly and the maintenance tech was not available to do the service. What's the point of me scheduling an appointment and take time off work to be jerked around? The manager was very nice, however my car now needed to be left overnight and picked up the next day. Very inconvenient! This is very unprofessional and not considerate of other people's time. Get your department together please. Also, it's interesting how I receive phone calls from your dealership wanting to buy my car or sell me a new one, but Findlay doesn't take the time to treat the customer right the first time. And! Why do you send me coupons to service my car with a picture of my car thats not applicable to my car? Every interaction I've had either Findlay has been a failure. Do better.
