Confirmed Service Customer
I called and scheduled a 7500 mile service for my car and specified what needed to be completed per the user manual. I was told that a service advisor would call me back with details on how long the service would take as I planned on waiting for the car. Never received a call back and I called again to confirm how long the service would take and again specified what needed to be completed per the manual. I confirmed the appointment time and showed up at said date and appointment to find that they are unable to service my vehicle because it wasn't scheduled properly and the maintenance tech was not available to do the service. What's the point of me scheduling an appointment and take time off work to be jerked around? The manager was very nice, however my car now needed to be left overnight and picked up the next day. Very inconvenient! This is very unprofessional and not considerate of other people's time. Get your department together please. Also, it's interesting how I receive phone calls from your dealership wanting to buy my car or sell me a new one, but Findlay doesn't take the time to treat the customer right the first time. And! Why do you send me coupons to service my car with a picture of my car thats not applicable to my car? Every interaction I've had either Findlay has been a failure. Do better.
