The service was exceptional. I was promptly greeted and helped by the porter, Chris. The service agent, Benny, explained everything to me and was diligent about getting the work done in a timely manner. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is when I found out the cost, I was shocked. When I originally bought the Tahoe, I was assured by the financial guy, Howard, that paying the extra almost $200 a month meant "everything was covered" which clearly it is not. This misinformation by Howard is going to cost me thousands of dollars over the life of the car. So 5 stars for service, less 1 star because of Howard.

Took to long on my vehicle and was not notified when it was done. Had to go in and ask about my truck which nobody knew about. Paperwork was found on a desk who knows how long it was sitting there.
