They got service done in less than two hours. But need to come back and leave the car for more than 24 hours, just to fix the radio.

I scheduled service through the app for oil change and tire rotation. The staff got distracted though because I told a sales associate who was (appropriately) canvassing the service bay for leads that I wanted to purchase the vehicle which was nearing the end of the lease. The purchase process took too long and was frustrating because the dealership tried to charge me an unnecessary fee for the transaction - this did get ultimately resolved but I was annoyed that they tried. After that process taking way too long, I left and called back later about the status of the service and they told me the vehicle was ready. When I arrived to pick the vehicle up, they told me there was no charge and I inquired as to why. I expected to be charged for the oil change and tire rotation. That was when they informed me that they had not provided those services, only a lease return inspection. I asked if they could fit in the original service I had booked and they were able to accommodate and get it done in 30 more minutes. In the end, it all took way too long and was frustrating for me. For my part, I didn’t realize that everyone was getting distracted by the talk of the lease purchase and could have intervened and communicated better myself as well. But I would not recommend anyone go to the dealership to buy out their lease since that process can be handled through the mail with no fees.

I called Lana Garceau after my corvette blew a valve spring. Within two days Matt Summers, the corvette technician, had my car up and running. The level of service was the best I’ve had after living in three different cities servicing my vehicle. Both Lana and Matt are rockstars!
