I arrived for my appointment a bit earlier than expected and was taken care of right away from porters to service advisors since Charlotte was on lunch still. It was great because I got picked up had a nice lunch Findlay text me that my truck was done and I came back. Charlotte was speaking with a disgruntled customer and I was waiting but Jose got my keys and helped me find my truck! It was real smooth transaction overall. Thank you!

I have had to take my vehicle in twice to service and the issue still has not been fixed. The connector was supposedly “put back together,” however it has not, the add oil sign keeps popping up on my truck. I have never had issues before taking it to Chevrolet…
