Went in with an issue with my vehicle the technician diagnostic the vehicle told me what the problem was, but the technician took the easy way out did not notice. There was a vacuum line that was disconnected. They were gonna charge me for a different procedure which would cost $1000 and would’ve not fixed the problem

$80 for an oil change is getting obscene - plus they didn't even wash my vehicle like last time, claiming it was too cold even though it was abt 25 degrees when I got my vehicle back. Will definitely go elsewhere from here on - probably across the street to the Zimbrick Honda dealership where we've had much better service for my wife's Honda.

Issues with fan motor after removing cabin air filter, making loud noises, filter cover door cracked during removal, wiring harness holder not placed back on. All photographed and videod immediately after service. Contacting next business day

Jon Worth got two of my Suburbans in for 100k fluid drops back to back out the door. All fluids dropped systems flushed, plugs and belt. A quick turn around is essential in my business. Thanks Jon.
