I called at the end of day Tuesday and left a message. I received a call back before close and set up an appointment for the next morning. The service I received from Steve and Jesse was friendly. All of my questions were answered promptly. The waiting area was welcoming with beverages and cookies. I was able to sit and do some work on my laptop with ample plugs to choose from, and I appreciate that there was free wifi. They explained that they normally would wash my car before giving it back, but it was too cold, especially after the work they did on my tires. It took a few minutes longer than I expected, so I was late to my next meeting, but it was WELL worth the wait. Thanks Bergstrom.

I traded a 2020 Tesla Y for the Equinox EV, dealer treatment was excellent, the Equinox EV is quieter, smoother ride, and pleasant to drive, and came with self-sealing tires. It was fun doing business with a Chevy dealer, beats using internet for everything. I bot Tesla because I believe in electric vehicles, Chevy Ev���s are closing the gap.

Overall it was a good experience. I would do it again and would recommend you to others. The only reason you didn���t get a 5 star was because the salesman I was working with was not completely transparent with information. Whether he didn���t know or didn���t divulge information. I was surprised and frustrated with the comment that we had to borrow more than what we planned due to being told the day of purchase that GM had a minimum that they allowed to loan when purchasing a new car. It would have been nice to know that in advance instead of having to borrow more and you cutting us a check for the difference. It would have kept the payments smaller.

Hanna and the others were great about explaining the car, its features, all of its digital screens, and the financing options. I was concerned about all the technology but this being my third Equinox, I knew the basics. I was, however, disappointed that no one told me I would not be able to sync my car to my garage door opener until a software issue could be resolved. It would have saved me time and frustration trying to locate the right screen. Hanna said it would be resolved in the first quarter of 2025. I am disappointed it will take that long. Having said all of that, I do love my new Activ.

Jon was most helpful getting the Tesla Charger access software installed. They were unable to find the burnt insulation smell source but suggested not to recycle Cabin air and reduce temperature. I am doing that now and have reduced the temperature. The smell has diminished greatly, and I expect it to pass shortly.
