Jon Worth got two of my Suburbans in for 100k fluid drops back to back out the door. All fluids dropped systems flushed, plugs and belt. A quick turn around is essential in my business. Thanks Jon.

I am disappointed. On 1/25/25, the heat stopped working in my leased 2024 Equinox EV. I brought the vehicle in for service on 1/27/25 and was told on 1/28/25 that they cannot get the parts to repair the heater module until April 2025. Furthermore the dealership is unable to provide me a loaner so I have a vehicle that does not have working heat. I believe the vehicle is "out of service" because I am unable to use it for its intended purpose because the defect seriously affects the use of the vehicle. That is, it is not reasonable to drive a vehicle without heat in Wisconsin in the months of January, February, and March. Furthermore, no heat could potentially be a safety issue if, for example, the windshield iced over. On the afternoon of Tuesday, January 28, I was told by BJ, the service manager, that I would get a loaner by Thursday, January 30. I am writing this on Wednesday, January 29. I hope to get a loaner but what restitution will I have if I don't? None. I'm making payments on a car that has serious useability issues and no one at Bergstrom seems to care enough to make this right.

It is nice to be able to see the “whole” face of the speedometer after having the OnStar module replaced. The wait time is ok as the coffee is good. The only thing I am disappointed about is that I can’t seem to get an answer as to when GM will get the fix completed for being able to sync my 2025 Activ to my overhead garage opener. Something so simple in most vehicles shouldn’t be that difficult to accomplish. Having said that, I do like the car and feel confident driving it.

I like looking at the video with them explaining what they see. The only issue was the technician talk to fast and I had to keep replaying it. Also, don't you normal give a free car wash? The technician that I was greeted by was friendly and was helpful.

In January 2025, I had the pleasure of meeting and conducting business with Brian and Jay at the Bergstrom Chevrolet Madison location…. Since the beginning of 2024, I have visited various Wisconsin area dealerships and interacted with several different sale people and sales managers looking to purchase one or two new trucks. I have purchased trucks from an East Madison GMC dealership in the past. I also let my salesperson at that GMC dealership know, in January 2024, I was interested in purchasing GMC Sierra 1500 and GMC Sierra 2500 trucks if he found them,,,, but never heard back from him. This was also the case with several other GMC dealerships I visited to inquire about purchasing some new trucks. In early January 2025, I happened to stop by the Bergstrom Madison dealership as a last resort to inquire about purchasing a GMC/Chevrolet truck and was pleasantly surprised with Brian Dietzler’s positive attitude, professionalism and adept product knowledge. He helped me find a 2025 Chevy Silverado that day which matched all my needs. The truck I liked was in transit. However a similar truck was on the lot so we went for a test drive and reviewed the options. When the truck arrived, he notified me and I came in to see it. We concluded the purchase of my 2025 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD LTZ truck later that day. All I can say is…Extraordinary work!!! This transaction was started and concluded within one week, (due to the truck being in transit). The success of this transaction was due to Brian’s ability to pull things together in a professional, competent, and courteous manner . Also, I deeply appreciated my positive interactions with Jay Lichman, who took the time to help successfully finalize the details of my new truck purchase. When my truck was ready for delivery, Ray provided a thoughtful and professional overview and the parts service consultant Paul has helped with accessory choices. Needless to say, I am very impressed with the Bergstrom Chevrolet dealership’s philosophy and treatment of potential customers, which in my case, sucessfully transformed me into a very satisfied and estatic owner of a new 2025 Chevy Truck. At the beginning of 2025, I was ready to look into other brands of trucks because of the poor treatment I received from the other GMC/Chevrolet dealerships I visited. However, I believe things happen for a reason. I am very happy I stopped by the Bergstrom Chevrolet dealership in Madison. I have been a loyal Chevrolet, GMC and Buick owner since 1970’s and am grateful their positive response to my needs helped me continue to be a proud Chevrolet/GMC truck owner.
