Josh and his team did a fantastic job color matching the tricoat paint on our Impala. There was just one little glitch (soft touch locks not connected back up) but was taken care of quickly and I’m not dropping him and his team below five stars for that. I have to return in two months to have the protective coating put on, and Josh pointed out that the bumper cover is out of alignment by a very small amount, (maybe an eighth of an inch) and that will be handled at that time too. But the bottom line is, I’m really happy. The Impala looks like the dent never happened. The color match is perfect! Thanks, Josh and your team.

There is only one reason we purchased a car here and that would be our salesman PETER! We had a very bad experience ordering a new Blazer approx six months ago and it was sold to someone else. We were never notified and not offered our deposit back until we questioned it. We met Peter a couple of weeks ago in pouring rain when he came to our car as we were just driving thru. This week when we saw the Traverse we called him and he was more than accommodating and courteous. He knew about our previous experience and felt terrible about it. We again had a terrible experience with Brian your manager and it was even embarrassed Peter. He is very rude and acts like he is too busy. He almost lost the deal over two hundred dollars. We would love to talk to someone about our experience. J
