There seemed to be confusion between the technicians and the advisor as to what was being recommended. I have since had another service advisor, different dealership, review all paperwork including recommendations and a parts list. The second opinion is very different. We will not be returning. Your Cadillac shop has been far better. Very disappointed.

I usually get my service done at Cadillac, but they do not have hours that fit my schedule..I was sent away from a walk in oil change at 4:50 PM on Friday. They claim to be open until 6. No one else was having work done. It's nice that the Chevy dealer is more accommodating.

I brought my truck in to have a black screened radio fixed. It was fixed and now my check engine light is on one day after coming to see you guys, and it has never been on the entirety of ownership. Unreal.
