Confirmed Sales Customer
The person that sold me my vehicle did not want to negotiate anything. He did not want to ask his manager any negotiation questions regarding price, or any thing regarding my trade in. rather unhelpful in that aspect. I understand he is there to sell cars and make money but his overall reluctance to even ask was off putting. I sincerely regret not walking away and getting a better deal else where.

We have leased and/or bought more than one Buick from Thorson and have also had more than one family member and friend do the same on our recommendation. The car I have currently is awful. We purchased this Enclave a few years ago and it has given us problems since day 1. There was an issue that I had to take it in for servicing 9 times before it was fixed among many other problems. The one good thing about Thorson had been their customer service, however that seems to have changed. Last week I called and left a message to make an appt for regular service. I never got a call back. I ended up just driving in w/o an appt and luckily David (who has been the one consistently helpful person) was able to squeeze my car in for the basic service. I do hope that things so back to how they used to be at Thorson where you got good service and a quality product because for now, that’s not the case.

I was not planning on purchasing a vehicle that day as I was undecided as to what I wanted. Freddy was patient with us and was more than happy to show us the inventory and what were the best features of each vehicle. We did not feel pressured by his salesmanship. Once we decided on a vehicle, Freddy was very professional and efficient with going through the paperwork. He went through all the basic features of the truck and allowed any and all questions. Freddy made the buying experience very pleasant. I think that Thorson is very fortunate to have Freddy on their team.

We were referred to Thorson GMC dealership by close friends. We drove 45 min away from home to specifically go there. The original salesman we were scheduled to meet with No showed/called out so Strike One. The next salesman we spent 30 minutes with before he handed us off again was a waist of time Strike Two. Now definitely not off to a great start. Finally salesman Freddy spent the next 5 hours with us going back and forth and running numbers on several GMC trucks. The 2 hours waisted negotiating is the real downer. The payment ended up being right what I requested 2 hours earlier. The waisted back and forth hours I put on management almost Strike Three. Through the entire experience Freddy really was great and I would recommend him to others. The deal could have been closed hours earlier but in the end all good. Freddy was great.
