Had an oil leak and it was the defective oil filter that was put on from my last visit. They took me in had me done and out of there very quick.

Charles went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of, however, there was grease all over my floor mats and on my inside door handle, also noticed that they missed screws while putting my car trimming back together under the hood. Small things yet very important things missed or not noticed.

I got timely service. The service representative was respondent to my comments and questions. He communicated well throughout the process. The failed struts were replaced with the same make and brand struts. My thoughts: Strut failure on 1500 Sierra Denali and Yukon Denali is not at all uncommon. GM has the problem! GM has no solution at this time. There should be a recall for the problem. GM should replace the struts at no cost to the owner.

I requested a tire rotation and oil change, and paid for both. However, the tire rotation was not done. I requested a call back from a supervisor and never received one. The tech did not bother to drive my car as instructed in order to replicate the issue. After 4 days they were not able to fix the problem. 5 minutes after picking my vehicle up, the issue occurred and now I’m left finding a new service provider to fix my vehicle.
