First i would like to thank the salesman Roscoe Peace , I met with him on a Saturday and he took time to show the vehicle and answer all questions i had and address all concerns, I had a couple of phone call during the following week and purchased the vehicle that Friday, This is the second GMC Denali ive purchased the first was a SUV in 2010 that i still own to this day , I feel as i was treated with respect and honesty throughout the process , so my overall experience was GREAT . They did not fix the warranty problem-Said they could not replicate the problem- Took it home and replicated it 20 times in a row- Still Broken and was broken when the mechanic said he could not replicate it.

Gavin is professional and knowledgeable. The reason for the 3 stars is I’m disappointed in GMC/Cadillac . I need a part that is on back order. They have no idea when this part will come in! So I’m told it’s ok to drive my car with a check engine light on. Why doesn’t Cadillac have the parts needed to keep there cars running correctly!
