I want to point out two things. First, I got there at 6:05 pm to pick up my truck . The lady who checked me out unlocked the door so I could pick it up. She gets 5 stars. The guy who brought the truck to me noticed that the technician working on my truck left oily footprints on my cloth mats, apologized for it, and tried to wipe them out. They didn’t go completely away after the area had dried. He mentioned that if they are still there, to bring it back and they would detail the truck for me. While this is a nice gesture, the fact that I spent over 2K for the service and now I have to drop off the vehicle and get another car while my truck is getting detailed during the week is another inconvenience. So for that technician who failed to put down mat covers while servicing my truck, I am deducting 1 star.

I have been taking my vehicle to Master GMC since I purchased it there in 2021for service. On this day my wife took the vehicle in for the service appointment. When she went into the service area a mechanic and a service writer were in a very heated argument making my wife feel uncomfortable. The service writer told the mechanic that there was a customer in the service area but he continued to argue with him. This was very unprofessional.

Excellent Service!!! My appointment was originally scheduled online for 8 April but an associate called and said they had an appointment available for 28 March. I chose that appontment and dropped off my vehicle the afternoon before my appointment. That evening they had already confirmed the issue with my vehicle and got the warranty work appoved through my warranty company. My vehicle was repaired and ready the for pick-up the next day.
