Confirmed Service Customer
I want to point out two things. First, I got there at 6:05 pm to pick up my truck . The lady who checked me out unlocked the door so I could pick it up. She gets 5 stars. The guy who brought the truck to me noticed that the technician working on my truck left oily footprints on my cloth mats, apologized for it, and tried to wipe them out. They didn’t go completely away after the area had dried. He mentioned that if they are still there, to bring it back and they would detail the truck for me. While this is a nice gesture, the fact that I spent over 2K for the service and now I have to drop off the vehicle and get another car while my truck is getting detailed during the week is another inconvenience. So for that technician who failed to put down mat covers while servicing my truck, I am deducting 1 star.
