Service was good but your prices are outrageous. You bring in air filters and say they need to be changed so the customer agrees but you don’t tell them it will be almost $200. I won’t make that mistake again I can change them myself for $30. After already spending $50k on a truck this is the treatment we get. Also when I asked why the high prices extra care warranty that I bought in Texas when I got the truck which was supposed to cover oil changes for 5 years isn’t honored at your location I was told well I would know better than to pay for it next time.

My experience was traumatic. I brought in my vehicle to service the squeaking noise in the breaks. I was told the rotors having rocks in them was the cause. I paid for the service to have them reversed and shaved down. I left the dealership I left the dealership after paying and after paying and then returned right away on the 30th ten minutes later. The manager then tells me their in no guarantee that breaks will not squeak as they do on most vehicles. I have had three Chevy equinox and I have never had this issue. The workers were more focused on leaving for the day at 12:00 then assisting me with my issue. My car continues to squeak loudly at this time. If I knew the squealing would remain why would I pay for a service for it not to help? This is the second time I have had to return to Chevy within the same day within the last year because of poor quality service by the mechanics. I spoke with Katelyn, Wayne and Blake whom they gave me the same answer and did not provide me with a final answer besides, all cars are going to squeak.

I was supposed to have one more free oil change but I didn't receive it . When I purchased my vehicle I was told I would have two free I only received one and I told them that and they couldn't find it on my account that I was supposed to get it for free.
