I cannot believe that the quoted price for an oil change was $89. I had your $20 off coupon and my total payment was $101! That makes me want to shop around and find a more reasonable service provider.

These people were Great! I called for an appointment and they were able to see my truck just a couple of hours later. Plus, they had the problem resolved in about an hour. I'm from out of town so I really appreciated the fast and excellent service.

Kaitlyn is the worst. How many times can you possibly tell me the same thing needs to be replaced (oil pan gasket) and front differential???? Sorry, I don’t care that you will cover the part expense but I HAVE TO REPEATEDLY PAY LABOR???? Horrible service, 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Had to take truck in twice for the same trailer brake issue and was told they couldn’t do the service bulletin until it gave a certain code. I told them I wanted the truck fixed because trying to stop 23000 lb trailer without brakes doesn’t work .

Awesome Dealership!! Awesome Salespeople! After dealing with dealership after dealership and none of them willing to budge or work with me to get a better deal, it was refreshing to go to a dealership that listened to me and cared about my concerns. From the start, they wanted to know my needs. Once that was established, they went to work and returned with what I requested. I never felt lied to or misled. The process of trading my car was so simple. Despite my new car not being expected for the next 30 days, I was always updated on the status of my new car. The only thing I wish they would do is make it a little special when customers are picking up their brand-new vehicles. Purchasing a new car is a huge purchase and it should be memorable. I've seen other dealerships place a big red bow on the vehicle and that makes it a little more joyous. Everything else was top-notch! My 2 salesmen, Joshua and Travis were both amazing! Will definitely recommend Master Chevrolet for your purchasing needs!

I missed my appointment and you took me when I walked into the service center 2 hours late, changed my oil and rotated my tires.
