Kaitlyn is the worst. How many times can you possibly tell me the same thing needs to be replaced (oil pan gasket) and front differential???? Sorry, I don’t care that you will cover the part expense but I HAVE TO REPEATEDLY PAY LABOR???? Horrible service, 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I presented a coupon that I had for oil change on my Corvette, they did not mention the fact the Corvette required 10 quarts of oil not 8 stated on savings coupon. They charged significant more.

We dropped off the Suburban for service the night before it was actually scheduled for service. Friday AM, we received a call at approximately 7:30 am stating that service had begun, and it was noted that the Suburban needed new spark plugs. We gave the go ahead to have those replaced and then did not hear anything back for several hours. My husband called around 11:30 am and left a message for someone to call with the status of the service. After approx 2 hrs, he called back and was able to get in touch with service advisor. She stated that they were finishing up on the car and it should be ready between 3:30 - 4 pm. As we were on the way to pick up the car, we received a call from the service advisor stating the car needed new tires and flushing service. Why was this not discussed earlier??? We said we would have this done at the next service and that we were on the way to get car. When we arrived at 3:50 pm, she stated it would be ready in about 30 min. I sat in waiting room for over an additional hour and a half before I asked how much longer. I did not leave until 5:30 pm. The entire reason we left the car the night before was to avoid this very thing from happening. Why were we called at 7:30 am about the service for the car not to be ready until 10 hrs later??? I would love to discuss this further with Blake the manager over Service once my review is received and investigated. We have never had problems with Master Chevrolet in Aiken until the last several visits.

I have always received excellent service at Master Chevrolet/Cadillac. The staff is always courteous and helpful--right from the clerk who answers the phone to schedule an appointment for service to being greeted at the service desk by Pierre to the young lady at checkout. The surroundings are always pleasant and clean and inviting. There is no other place I would take my car for service.

Though my heart is covered with frustrations and confusion why a 44,000 mileage needs a new transmission assembly. Well, I valued their recommendations and estimate. My car is a 2016 Camaro started vibrating during acceleration. Direct decisions being made for Automotive repairs and my car was done in a week or so. So happy with the result. I feel like they took advantage of my wife. They had her under the impression that the charges would be one thing and they were actually $450 more than what they said. I spoke with the manager. I was told that it took three hours just to take down and put the gas tank back up. I’m not a certified technician. I do know it’s only two straps holding up the gas tank. That equals to two bolts!!!!

Went in for an oil change that was advertised 79.99. Ended up being 142.00. They claimed they balanced the tires. They did refund the money after saying all we asked for was an oil change .
