Service personnel did not greet me at my vehicle, did NOT perform paperwork including my signature, upon my arrival, The third day into waiting for a part, I was offered a loner vehicle in the afternoon, which I declined. Poage Chevrolet had my vehicle 6 days to replace a defective coolant valve.

I had my first oil change and the wait time was very reasonable. While I was waiting, I talked to the Parts Technician about a problem I had with an accessory I ordered. He was very helpful so I ordered the accessory from the dealer.
