My car was nearly totaled after hitting a deer. The body shop guys including Paul were amazing! My car insurance tried to convince me to use their shop , Schaefer , however Poage always takes care of me and have confidence in using my own dealer. I am happy with the repair results . Also very impressed with the communication , friendly staff, and accommodating me with a loaner car after my rent a car benefit expired .

This was my first time going to Poage Chevrolet for service to my Blazer. I had a 9:00 a.m. appointment and they had my vehicle back for servicing by 9. The appointment only took an hour which is the projected time they told me when I checked in. The staff was very courteous. The waiting facility was clean with coffee and water offered. I did have to wait 3 weeks out for the appointment which was disheartening but I believe that since they are so professional in their service and being the only Chevy Dealership in Wentzville, they are that busy.

Confirmed Sales Customer
Didn't care for the oily sales pitch for the "service plan" in the finance office after we had sealed the deal with the salesman. Not in so many words but pretty hard push to buy. I did yield to thel lowest level one, then had second thoughts the next day. The finance guy said he could not make the payments lower, only reduce the term of the loan. Stop this slippery semi-obligagated practice or put it in the hands of the salesmen so when the deal is done, it's done. The finance guy should just do the loan, titling, bill of sale etc. No slippery, oily, "sales work".
