your dealership did a great job, but having said that i am losing faith in Chevy. this is about my 20th chevy in my life time, this one has had quite a few problems and now a days it seems the minimum repair for even simple things is about $500. i believe the transmission in this vehicle is not long for this world. i am not looking forward to the bill on a transmission replacement. Chevy needs to get back to being the go to long living reliable vehicle that i have supported during my life time to survive long term in my opinion.

From the moment I walked in to Cecil Chevrolet I was greeted with smiles and friendliness my sales person Jayda, although new at the job it was very obvious she is working very hard at learning her trade. Jayda was able to locate the vehicle I was looking for and was in communication with me throughout The process. I would highly recommend a person going to Cecil Chevrolet if they are looking to purchase a vehicle, from the finances to the service department to the nice lady at the checkout was a very pleasurable experience top-notch.

Dropped my car off at 815am. Waited until 1030 and had a friend pick me up. Told them I was leaving and was told they close at 5ish but I would get a call when service was done. I finally called numerous times and at 5ish left a not nice message esp bc msg states they are open til 530. I had to have a sales mgr get in touch with me and even return my call bc no one at service did. He stated everyone was gone andnglhe couldn't get any answers for me. He then stated he would call me by 930am next morning after he got in. I received a call from gentleman I dropped car off to apologizing. But honestly I don't care about their apology bc I was stuck with no vehicle and had to wait to get a ride again. He informed me I needed a battery...are you serious??? over 24hrs to tell me I needed a battery..I tell them to do it but then follows with u need to be here by 1145 bc we close early..it was around 1015 already. Remember I have no car and have to get a ride from 30 mins away. I get there, get apologies again but mean nothing at this point. I give him the cash, he go to walk away and says oh you will need these (my keys) and I follow thank god I have keyless entry into my house bc I would have been locked out last night. I have to say this was the worst visit at any dealership that I have ever had.
