Amazing service! Allstate first sent me to Sam Boswell GMC, but communication issues left me leary, so I decided to take my vehicle to Cecil Clark, which is where I purchased it. Jimmy Lydecker was extremely thorough and explained things in layman’s terms from the onset, and Emily Metz kept me in the loop throughout the process. Both Jimmy and Emily, coupled with the body shop that repaired my vehicle are EXCELLENT employees.

My father and I came in there after we felt pressured next door at Nissan. Jose Fidalgo didn't know how we were feel but greeted us with a helping hand. We told him what we were kinda looking for and that we weren't making a purchase that day, we just wanted to scope thing out. He totally understood and showed us around and answered all our questions. A few days later we came back with another car in mind and he happily showed us the TRAX and we bought it, cool car!! Y'all made purchasing a car easy and enjoyable.

The service was good, not happy with the quality of replacement steering wheel, there is a rough plastic area on wheel that gets irritating when driving, I have stopped by twice, a Saturday and Thursday told has to be service manager who each time was not there, disappointed in that aspect

Even though my reservation wasn't documented (it was done online) the service department was able to accommodate me. My Corvette was there for an oil change. I also received a complimentary "Hand wash". Service here has been a pleasure.

Made a 4:00 PM appointment for wheel alignment, full synthetic oil change, and tire rotation. Upon arrival I was informed that there’s nobody to check my alignment that I would need to make another appointment. Driving out of the facility I checked tire pressures, and the rear tires had 85 lbs which was verified with a gage. I very confident that with a little effort the alignment could have happened, and the tires aired to proper pressure.

the personnel is always friendly and helpful. it took longer this time for oil change tire rotation and wash. it was over an hour usually 40 to 45 minutes at most.
