I went there yesterday for an oil change and tire rotation. Before I left, I put a white mark on my left front tire. When the work was done, the wheel were still wet so I couldn't tell, but when I got home, the same tire was on the left front wheel, someone needs to know about this

I drove into the service department and told them that I needed a new battery for my 2014 Impala. Also told them that I left it running. The service person told me that they were very busy and they didn't know when they could get to it. They advised me to call someone to pick me up as the Courtesy driver was off today. I told them that I had no one to call. They told me to go into the customer lounge and they would come and tell me the approximate wait time. After about 40 minutes they came and told me that I was ready to go. Think this dealership went above and beyond customer service. Thank You
