Would have appreciated a walk through of my vehicle, taught how to use everything. Then later I discover there is no owner manuel so now i'm trying to figure things on YouTube. The salesperson I was suppose to meet was not there as promised, so T. Gutierrez assisted me. No issues with Thomas, he was personable. I purchased my last truck in 2018 in Riverside and it was a much better experience.

I booked an appointment for service oil change and tire rotation and it took 2 1/2 hours in the waiting room. When I called afternoon appointments were supposed ti be less waiting time.

After waiting more than 8 months, I received a letter from GM that the replacement parts for the airbag on my 2017 Buick Enclave were available at the Dealership. I took the car in, but the parts had not arrived. Randy Bruno in service understood my frustration, and did everything possible to follow up, make sure the parts were shipped from the East Coast, called me when they arrived, and rescheduled the repair. The easiest car buying experience ever!! Aga was responsive, efficient and so friendly. Aga answered every question I had and looked for answers when needed. She was a pleasure to work with. Then there was Ron in finance, efficient and friendly. He even recommended a great restaurant to eat at before we hit the road back to Fresno!! I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a car.

I was pleased with the repairs and the customer service. My only suggestion is ….when I used to work for a GM dealership in Monrovia, after all repairs we would give the vehicle a wash and vacuum before returning it to the customer. I was expecting that level of service and was disappointed when it wasn’t. It’s a pretty simple gesture to let that customer know that you value them and that you have taking good care of their vehicle. Repairs and parts are not cheap and the details matter. Thank you.

My truck hasn't been served yet. In fact, I was supposed to bring my truck in this morning, but only if the part ordered had been shipped and received. Service said they would update me, but no one has contacted me with an update. I called yesterday in hopes of confirming that I should come in today, but I had to leave a voice-mail and no one called me back. So, yeah... not very happy with your dealership at the moment.

I unfortunately will not be going back to have my Yukon serviced at Thorson's. Not only have they increased prices 3x in the last year for hourly rates of service, they do not honor their word. They had sold me 4 Bridgestone tires with a 65,000 mile warranty. I did not want Bridgestone tires as the OEM tires with the vehicle only lasted 35,000 miles. However, they said they hadn't had complaints and resold me on the same tires with the warranty. The new tires lasted 2 years and around 25,000 miles. They would not be my advocate with Bridgestone and said I had to go to a Bridgestone dealer or call Bridgestone myself with the warranty. Completely unacceptable. I went to American Tire Center and they handled directly and I was able to get $600 pro ration for new and Michelin tires.
