The service was done on time, and your service advisor advised me that there was another recall on my Buick Enclave, which I really appreciated to find out, as nobody had informed me of that problem now. The fine folks at Thorson made the car-buying experience a pleasure. The experience was seamless, without a lot of waiting around. My salesman, Freddy, was a dream, keeping me informed from start to finish. And, when I was physically at the dealership, he made sure that we made efficient use of my time. For example, as we were waiting for Aga, the finance person, we spent that time getting acquainted with all of the features of my new Buick Envision ST. Before we knew it, it was time to sign the paperwork, and finalize a great deal on a great vehicle for me. Drop off was good. Simple oil change did not take too long as well. However, upon picking up vehicle, my service contract was over looked. Had to wait for approval, which did take quite some time. Confusion if contract was still active (good through 2032), then when they finally received approval they had to call for vehicle twice, again too long. Upon inspection the service technician applied the wrong sticker in vehicle which stated the next oil change was due in over 22,000 miles. Had only 18K miles, told me next change was due at 39K. All seems somewhat minor, however, it did not instill confidence that my vehicle was the one the Technician worked on. I did check oil level just to make sure. All in all my confidence in this service was suspect at best. I have been to this location before and it is where I purchased this vehicle. I hope in the future things will be more professional and time efficient. Thanks for chance to share. David Whitney
