Tyler was great to work with. Kept me informed and let me know when they were finished. I really do wish they would have detailed at least the outside of my truck. This used to come with every service at a dealership. Not sure why it doesn't happen anymore, very disappointing. Especially when you spend $500 for oil change and service.

They completed the task as I requested in a timely manner, but after my next free oil change, I will no longer be going there to have my oil changed due to the price increase. A $100 for a simple oil change is just to much for me when I have to travel an hour and twenty minutes.

dash light came on and couldn't accelerate on a wednesday. Called and was told to have it towed in. Called on friday and nobody had a chance to look at it yet. I called back on monday and was told they were just getting ready to look at it and someone would call me that afternoon or the next day (tues). Didn't get a call so I called back wed. I was told that they couldn't find anything wrong with it. We agreed that the oil change/tire rotation would be done then if the dash light came on again I could bring it back. I called thursday to check on the progress and was told that due to a miscommunication, the work order for my oil change was not handed out so it wasn't done. Finally friday, my car was finished. After 10 days without my car, I paid $176. He did take half off the diagnosis charge but I wasn't happy about the whole situation. This is not the usual service experience I get here so I was really shocked at the lack of communication and organization during this experience.

We took our truck in for oil change and transmission flush. 10:00 appointment they said be done at about 1:00. We went to kids and at1:30 I called to see if it was done because we gad not received a call.At that time we were told that oil change was only galf done and it would b e about 1 and a half hours for the tyranny flush. We told them to forget the flush and call when oil service was done. We got a call a little after 2 When we got there went to pay bill and the bill had tyranny flush on it. Got that corrected and paid our bill. Service is so slow.

Clean pleasant atmosphere at the dealership. Once I was able to get an appointment they were timely and efficient. They should consider a bay for oil changes and tire rotations only to help schedule all the customers that buy from them and use their service. Two weeks out to schedule an oil change seems long.
