We took our truck in for oil change and transmission flush. 10:00 appointment they said be done at about 1:00. We went to kids and at1:30 I called to see if it was done because we gad not received a call.At that time we were told that oil change was only galf done and it would b e about 1 and a half hours for the tyranny flush. We told them to forget the flush and call when oil service was done. We got a call a little after 2 When we got there went to pay bill and the bill had tyranny flush on it. Got that corrected and paid our bill. Service is so slow.
