Confirmed Service Customer
The cost of oil change and tire rotation increased by 26% from my last one 3/25/23; I did not bring my oil change special coupon with me because the coupon price and the regular charge had always been the same. When I questioned the cost and offered to bring my coupon back; I was informed that the coupon must be presented at the time I request the service. I am very disappointed that I was not informed of such a significant price increase at the time I called in to schedule the service. This experience will cause me to look at other options!

Britton and Brian were excellent. They answered all my questions and handled everything I needed. We live 2.5 hours away so we had to do everything over the phone. They delivered my truck to me. It was a very good experience.
