Ulises, did a great job. A couple days after my service I had some oil drips in my driveway. I called Ulises and brought my truck up that day. They checked it all out and He confirmed no oil issue! Thank You Tim O👍

All went great.The dealership was great to deal with.Our salesman Dave was first class. Some pricing surprises which was some what expected (comes with purchasing from a dealership). At the end of the day I walked away, feeling driving a long distance to use this dealership was worth it.The only thing that could have been better is that after the deal was made it took to long to finish the transaction.Fixing that could be good for the client as well as the dealership. I am confortable suggesting others to go to this dealership.

Spoke with Jet in January requesting info on the new EV’s GM had coming out. He said as soon as he got release info he would call. They got their first shipment in a I received my call. Loved the call but the promos that were available at the time didn’t fit my budget. About a week later he said he had good news and I schedule a time to talk. We worked out a deal and I now have a new Chevy Blazer EV in my driveway.

This is my 3rd transaction with Novato Chevrolet, not including the truck my husband bought in 2018. All of my experiences here have been with electric vehicles. Traditionally I am a Toyota truck fan but when I decided to try out electric in 2018, I have not only become an EV fan, but I have also become a Chevy fan. This company seems to be trying more than anyone else to offer a truly affordable option to switch to electric. I appreciate their efforts with that! I made the switch to reduce my emissions and I couldn't be happier. The latest trend in the news suggests that Americans are "over" EV's already. I see so many on the road now so I don't think that news is an accurate representation. I have now tried out the Bolt line for 6-yrs prior to purchase and I highly recommend them! Two households I know of have purchased Bolts because they tried mine, and if everyone that has 2 cars replaced one with electric, then we may actually make a marked reduction in our emissions with vehicles. The Novato Chevy staff in particular has encouraged the electric option and been open to my focused requests in the purchase process. I have experienced dealer deals that weren't transparent or honest. The manager Jet seemed mainly concerned with transparency and my happiness with the purchase. Everyone from Joe in sales to Breeze in finance were helpful, friendly and easy-going. What has impressed me the most is how supportive everyone has been post-purchase. They could have written me off now that they made the sale but instead they've spent time answering all of my questions. Thanks everyone! It was good but can be better. Would have been nice to know few things beforehand such as I needed to go 10+ miles away to get a rental, customer (I) need to pay taxes on rental before going to the rental counter and getting stuck 10+ miles away with no recourse, 2h to get rental situation sorted out, expectations on the rental vehicles. It takes awfully longer for the shuttle guy to arrive (1+ h) that is consistent for my two times usage of the shuttle service to go only 8 min away distance by car.

I would also note that Novato Chevrolet response to my initial call was impressively quick and they offered an appointment that same day - love that. The work performed seems well done, and I overall had an excellent experience.

My car was in with a check engine light on. The problem was difficult to find, and it took some time. All through it I was kept informed of the progress. Ulises could not have been nicer. Great service!
