I came in for an oil change and a fuel filter change and the general usual service. When I was driving off the dealership parking lot, I started getting a "check brake monitor" message. I did not have time to turn around because I had already spent over an hour for the service I came in for. I had to reschedule another appointment the following week, taking time off work to go get it checked out. This cost me time that I don't have. I was told that my rear inner brake pads needed replacement. I feel that this should have been checked during the first appointment, and as a result it took me away from work for another 2 hours. The service staff is always very nice, but I am considering finding another dealership that will service my vehicle in the future.

The actual service to my vehicle was fine. But I always leave feeling ripped off. Here's why. Last time I was there for service I did a 45k mileage service and went back and forth with the service advisor because the cost of the Gold package he priced was way more than the same Gold package listed on the website. We negotiated and came to agreement after he was able to meet me in the middle. However, this time the advisor tells me the throttle cleaning wasn't done with that package and now it needed to be done with my oil change. So come to find out the first advisor really just took some of the service out instead of simply reducing the price. So I ended up paying the full higher price in the long run...much more than what is quoted for the service on the website.
