The staff was very friendly and greeted me warmly. After waiting around a half hour, Janet from Service Dept. advised me what the problem was with my car and gave me a few options on what can be done. Meanwhile they charged my battery since it was low charge and told me that I may want to invest in a new one since my car is old and the battery was weak, but no pressure to do it that day. I decided to wait for a while to do anything since it was not an emergency.

I received a call re: my Tonneau cover and bed liner, I was told that it was in. I scheduled the appt. @ 8:00 a.m. 1) the installation parts were not there for either product. I had returned and told it would be $100.00 for installation for a 10 minute job, therefore I declined and did it right in your parking lot and taking 10 minutes for the install.
